Overview
Plume ultra light series carbon wheels are made for lighter, made for speed, from 945g/pair.
Wheelsets support customization：
1. Plume rim options: 406-C22-25(250g) or 406-T22-30(300g) or 406-T25-31(285g).
2. Hub options:
a. Brand: RHET ceramic or Hubsmith or Chrisking or DT swiss or White industries or others.
b. Hub O.L.D.: Front 100mm QR or 100*12mm thru.
Rear 135mm QR or 142mm*12mm thru.
c. Freehub: Hyperglide (HG) or XDR or Microspline (MS).
3. Spokes and nipples options: Pillar spokes or HT spokes or Sapim spokes.
Bladed spokes are preferred; however, due to the short spoke length required for small wheels,
suitable sizes may not always be available, necessitating the use of round spokes.
The spokes are available only in black, but the nipples come in balck, red, silver, gold, blue, and other colors.
4. Custom Decals: Black or Red or White or Gold or Pink or Brown or Customize.
Weights of certain configuration combinations:
1. 406-C22-25 rim + RHET hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 945±20g.
2. 406-T25-31 rim + RHET hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 1015±20g.
3. 406-T22-30 rim + RHET hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 1045±20g. (The image shows)
4. 406-C22-25 rim + Hubsmith R027 hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 1025±20g.
5. 406-T22-30 rim + Hubsmith R027 hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 1130±20g.
6. 406-T22-30 rim + Chrisking R45D hub + Round spokes: 1250±20g.
7. 406-T25-31 rim + Chrisking R45D hub + Pillar 1423 spokes: 1215±20g.
8. 406-T25-31 rim + White industries CLD hub + Pillar 1423 spokes: 1270±20g.
This 406 plume carbon wheel can be used for Birdy bike, but only Hubsmith hub compatible.
This 406 plume carbon wheel can be used for Brompton G-line, recommend 100/142*12mm thru axle.
This 406 plume carbon wheel can be used for Dahon, Tern bike, Tyrell, Fsir, Bike friday, Folding bike etc.
Lowed the rim height to 22MM or 25MM, with a aerodynamic design, and optimized the carbon rim structural, using both T800 and T700 carbon fiber, which can guarantee the rim linghter and strong.
Also precise calculation carbon rim's spoke hole angle to proper fit the hub's hole, which decrease spoke tension and spoke fatigue.
