Customizable options：
1. Rim options: 305-C36-25(190g) or 305-T25-31(180g)
2. Hub options:
a. Brand: RHET or Hubsmith or Novatec or others.
b. Hub O.L.D.: Front 100mm QR or 100*12mm thru.
Rear 135mm QR or 142mm*12mm thru.
c. Freehub: Hyperglide (HG) or XDR or Microspline (MS).
3. Spokes and nipples options: Pillar spokes or HT spokes or Sapim spokes.
Bladed spokes are preferred; however, due to the short spoke length required for small wheels,
suitable sizes may not always be available, necessitating the use of round spokes.
The spokes are available only in black, but the nipples come in black, red, silver, gold, blue, and other colors.
4. Custom Decals: Black or Gray or White or Bumblebee or Gold or Pink or Red or Customize.
Weights of certain configuration combinations:
1. 305-C36-25 rim + Hubsmith R041 hub + Round spokes: 990±25g. (The image shows)
2. 305-C36-25 rim + Hubsmith R027 hub + HT 425 spokes: 965±25g.
3. 305-T25-31 rim + Hubsmith R027 hub + HT 425 spokes: 945±25g.
4. 305-T25-31 rim + RHET ceramic hub + Pillar 1420 spokes: 790±25g.
5. 305-T25-31 rim +Novatec D791SB 792SB + Round spokes: 1045±25g.
Core tech of 305-T25-31 rim is Dual Slope Offset, means the spoke holes are staggered on both dual slope of a centerline.
The rim structure with dual slope V shape design, following precise calculations the spoke holes are staggered on both slope of a centerline, are match the angles between the spokes and the rim, as well as between the spokes and the hub, ensuring a smooth connection. When the rim is subjected to impact forces during use, can provide direct and effective support strength, preventing breakage under stress.
The staggered distribution of the spoke holes creates larger spacing between two spoke holes, resulting in greater operational space. This facilitates wrench access during wheel assembly, particularly beneficial for small diameter rims.
Additionally, the dual slope V shape design enhances the overall strength of the rim while contributing to weight reduction.
