SMC Cusmtom 20x1.75 carbon wheels for bmx expert/pro racing, from 1300g/pair.
Customizable options：
1. Rim options: 451-W28-23(280g) or 451-C25-21(285g) or 451-C30-25(320g).
2. Hub options:
a. Brand: RHET or Onyx or others.
b. Hub O.L.D.: Front 100mm*10mm(3/8" inch) bolt or 100*20mm thru.
Rear 110mm*10mm(3/8" inch) bolt or 110mm*12mm or 15mm thru.
3. Spokes and nipples options:
a. Optional spoke colors: Black or Silver or Red or White.
b. Optional nipple colors: Black, red, silver, gold, blue, and other colors.
4. Custom Decals: Black or Gray or White or Gold or Pink or Red or Customize.
Weights of certain configuration combinations:
1. 451-W28-23 rim + RHET hub + Round spokes: 1250±30g
(Front thru 20mm , rear thru 15mm, not include gear, 28H).
2. 451-W28-23 rim + RHET hub + Round spokes: 1540±30g (The image shows)
(Front 10mm bolt, rear bolt 10mm, include 16T gear, 28H).
3. 451-C25-21 rim + RHET hub + Round spokes: 1550±30g
(Front 10mm bolt, rear bolt 10mm, include 16T gear, 28H).
4. 451-C25-21 rim + RHET hub + Round spokes: 1310±30g
(Front thru 20mm , rear thru 15mm, not include gear, 36H).
This carbon wheel can be used for BMX Junior Expert racing bike etc.
Optimized the carbon rim structural and using both T800 and T700 carbon fiber which can guarantee the rim linghter and strong.
Also precise calculation carbon rim's spoke hole angle to proper fit the hub's hole, which decrease spoke tension and spoke fatigue.
